Day for Lovers

Valentines Day this year rocked! It was low key and no crazy expected gifts. We loved it. Brett used his awesome creative skills as he whipped up a bouquet of paper roses with a homemade card. I didn't have time to write in my card so I just gave it to him blank.... still need to do that!

We went out that night to our favorite low key restaurant: Barro's, came home and watched some of our favorite comedy shows, and just had a nice cheap evening at home. Nothing better then being on the same page with your husband about expectations surrounding Valentines Day.  It was great! I loved getting my homemade gifts from my sensitive husband! He's so cute!
